Information you give us when you apply:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Mobile phone number
• Your application answers (business type, monthly revenue, highest-priced offer, ad budget and related questions)
• Instagram handle or website, if you choose to provide it
• Your SMS consent choice
• Call booking details (date, time, time zone)

Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and actions taken on the page (for example, starting or submitting the application)
• Cookie and pixel data, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Conversions API

Partial applications: if you enter your name and email but don’t finish the application, we save what you entered so we can follow up.

• Review your application and decide whether we’re a fit to help
• Schedule, confirm and remind you about your call
• Contact you by email, phone or text (with your consent) about your application and call
• Send you relevant information about our programs (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• Measure and improve our advertising and website
• Meet legal obligations and prevent fraud

If you tick the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from Golf Coach Business Institute LLC. about your application and call, including appointment reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver messages on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run our business: our CRM and booking system (HighLevel), video calls (Zoom), email and SMS delivery providers, and payment processors if you become a client
• Advertising and analytics partners (Meta) to measure ad performance. This may include hashed contact details sent through the Conversions API.
• Authorities, if required by law or to protect our rights
• A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged

We use cookies and pixels (including the Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use the site and to measure and improve our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Some features may not work properly without cookies.

We keep application and contact information for as long as we need it to work with you, follow up, and meet legal or tax requirements. After that we delete it or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see section 8).

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To make a request, email support@golfcoachbusiness.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.

• Ads: adjust your Meta ad settings or browser cookies

California residents can ask what personal information we have collected about them, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context advertising. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email support@golfcoachbusiness.com. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

We’re based in the United States and your information is processed there. If you’re in the UK or EU, our legal bases are your consent, steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and marketing our business. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

This site is for business owners aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
