We provide done-for-you marketing and sales system installation services for established golf coaches and golf businesses. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a separate agreement between you and us.

3. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific income, number of students, enrollment results, or business outcomes. Your results depend on your offer, effort, market, and many other factors outside of our control.

4. Refund Policy

There is no long-term commitment required to begin an initial engagement. A 7-day refund period applies once the engagement starts, as described in your service agreement. Any refund is subject to the terms of that agreement.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for creating content, for taking qualified calls, and for delivering coaching to your students.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use deliverables created specifically for your business as part of your engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
